The food which can decrease creatinine with less protein includes eggs, milk, lean meat. Everyday patients eat two eggs, 50g lean meat, 50g crucian which should be divided into two sections.
The patients should have sufficient heat to accelerate protein absorption, the high calories with less protein can be preference selection for patients.
1 Oils. Salad oil, peanut oil, corn oil, sunflower oil, sesame oil. The cooking method could be fry with much oils.
2 Low protein starch. Wheat starch, corn starch, lotus root starch, winter powder, powder and vermicelli, west tricomi, round, low protein rice
3 The patients with normal blood glucose can take carbohydrate (includes white sugar, crystal sugar, honey, sugar, fruit, ginger) which can be put in food, drink, dessert to increase heat.
Secondly, patients should limit the salt intake. The amount of salt intake base on the illness condition, if patients have serious edema, they should have less salt.
Thirdly, patients should limit the water intake. The amount of water intake is urine volume add 500-700ml.
